I was rebuilding a deck on the front of my house and did not want to use standard wooden balusters as they tend to split and rot and just don't look all that great.I really wanted to be a little more upscale with the look of the deck and use metal balusters but I did not want to have the rust issues associated with wrought iron so I was looking for aluminum which these are.The powder coating seems to be of decent quality they were all nice and straight and the holes that are pre-drilled were aligned almost perfectly the only downside is the screws that are included are the exact count and the Philips head strips out almost instantly with any pressure which means they are probably just junk metal screws.However these were about 30 to 40% cheaper than the big box stores for similar products.The end result I am very happy with so it was worth it.
