After having the shop install this tire I noticed my bike picked up a vibration. I took the bike back 3 times and each time the tire balanced perfect but the vibration was still there and the installer said it was a bad tire. I called the seller and immediately they sent me a replacement. While waiting the my shop called and asked to bring the bike back and found the installer had handled my wheel improperly and damaged a rotor which they replaced and the vibration was gone. The bike is back to riding great without the replacement tire which I sent back to the seller. The Seller’s response to the vibration was super fast and it’s a great feeling knowing they stand behind the products they sell and will do what it takes to make everything right.
