Great board! One of the things that weren't clear when i bought this deck was that it comes with "grip tape" already on the top. I was hoping for a non gripped deck so i could customize. The deck has a clear glass spray on top that acts like grip tape. To change, you need to sand down and then add your own grip tape if you wanted to do that.first of all, this board looks amazing, the art on the bottom and the finish look great. The ahipping was fast, I got mine in 2 days. I ordered a flex 1, I am about 245 lbs. and it feels amazing under my feet. The board has the perfect amount of flex for me. The board is huge, and the trucks go on the outer ends so it has a very large wheel base. Ive been riding this board more than 2 weeks and I don’t have a single complaint about it.This deck is great! I’m 120 pounds but I decided to get the flex 3 because I didn’t want too much flex. I was skeptical when I heard it has spray on grip tape, but it actually works pretty well. The only downside of it is that it’s kinda flaky at first. I’ve been using this board to cruise around and do some slight downhill and it hasn’t failed me yet.Other then paying almost 200 bucks for a deck that is already scratched up when I open the package the deck is amazing. I'd say it's employees not caring about what they are packaging so they aren't careful. Pay 200 bucks for a deck it shouldn't come scratched all up.The flex on this board is wicked! Perfect for popping in and out of carves. Pair this with some In Heats for some extra bounce or Caguamas to ride over anything!Picked this up for my daughter for Christmas to replace an older (out of style) longboard. We loaded her hardware up on the vanguard and took her out for a spin. She couldn't be happier with this gift and there hasn't been a clear weather day that she hasn't been on it enjoying it.I used this board to make a boosted-like eboard. Saving money on a great deck felt good. In fact the factory blemish was covered buy an enclosure anyways! Went for a Flex 2 over Flex 3 Boosted uses because I ride at or above 25mph frequently. Feels like surfing the street!It has a lot of flex. I love it with my lean trucksBrilliant board!
