Great quality, great price. Very easy installation. You would pay double the price for this quality most places.Had for 2 years in the bathroom and they look and work greatI've had trouble finding a faucet that fits my sink's decor. This faucet does, and it looks pretty good. However, there are a few things that have dissatisfied me.Things i'm dissatisfied about:The price is high for the quality. I got the brushed steel finish so it would match my decor. But it's significantly more expensive than other finishes. Overall, the faucet quality is decent, but it doesn't really seem that sturdy. The 3-hole cover plate is not high quality. The underside is just plastic, and it does not seal out water. It will almost certainly collect gunk and mold over time. The drain assembly quality is quite low, is mostly plastic, and doesn't even look as nice as my previous (also low-quality) drain assembly. Additionally, it's overflow-only, which wasn't in the description. I don't have an overflow in my sink basin, so this means i have to purchase a separate drain assembly.Aside from the general quality and looks of the drain assembly, the features of the drain assembly are poor as well. Instead of being able to rotate the stopper for removal and cleaning, the hole for the rod is fixed. The instructions say that, for easy cleaning, you can rotate the stopper 90 degrees _on installation_, meaning that it's never locked in place at all, and you would need to push the stopper plate down in order to create a seal. This is a bad design.Perhaps this isn't fair, but the drain assembly requires a 1.5" wrench. Standard adjustable wrenches don't go that wide; you need to have a wide mouth wrench or a plumber's wrench. Note, other drain assemblies that i've installed did not require this.Removing the aerator requires a special removal tool. The faucet comes with one, but it's plastic, and even using it once warped it somewhat. I'd used other sinks where the aerator could be removed with a standard adjustable wrench, and i much prefer that design. For a bathroom faucet on the expensive side, this unit came with no extras at all. No PTFE tape (though it is required for installation). No silicone sealant (though it recommends using some). No adapters to commonly used 1/2" supply spigots (it comes only with 3/8" compression connectors).Overall, the faucet seems nice, and i'd be happy with it if it were half the price, cut fewer corners, and did not come with a drain assembly at all. The drain assembly itself is a 1-star item, and Kraus should be ashamed about including it.We've redone 4 bathrooms in the past year and we purchased these elegant faucets and they are beautiful! We considered buying different ones for different bathrooms and decided we liked these so much we just purchased a different color. I have the Matte Black for vessel sinks and purchased the spot free stainless for the next bathroom with vessel sinks. They have worked so great I bought these for 2 guest bathrooms and they look beautiful, are substantial (don't feel lightweight or cheap) and work great! I highly recommend Kraus faucets!Feels very well made, works great almost 2 years later. Only thing the drain is for a smaller sink opening, so I always have a small amount of water sitting around drain opening leaving water spot stain when dries. Would buy again. These faucets (I bought 2) are very nice, and give you the look and quality that you're looking for. They operate smoothly and the pull-plug works as it should. The only thing that is annoying is the aerator. It does not provide a nice full flow of water, but instead is a loud, kind of spraying/shooting broken up flow. I can't really think of a way to describe it better than that. It's like many strands of water all flowing out at once instead of one nice consistent, gentle flow. I am trying to find a better aerator that may take care of that issue, but have not been able to find one yet.The faucet itself is very nice, feels sturdy and fully brass construction seemingly (though of course some internals are plastic). The escutcheon plate is metal too, just the gasket plate under it is plastic. For this reason, it is a great value. The drain is pretty cheap, and the materials for the stopper assembly don't give me much confidence, they went cheap here to keep the price down. The two water lines are also very cheap, and of note the included washers / o-rings used to seal them to the valve under the sink are HORRIBLE. I kept getting leaks, no matter how careful I was (my father, a plumber, also had trouble). Customer service was responsive enough to send out replacement washer relatively quickly, but the problem wasn't the specific ones I had, but that the dimensions of their washer don't fit properly.I ended up spending another $10 with shipping to get better o-rings from McMaster (# 9452K172) which fixed the entire problem.Overall a frustrating 2 weeks of playing around with water lines and if it weren't for that problem it would be 5 stars.I ordered a two pack of this faucet. I love the brushed faucet finish and the higher spout. These look great in my bathroom.Great looking faucet and quality. straight forward to install. Love the soft end stop when turning the water off very plush. This is a well made and beautiful faucet.
