The positives--fits the vehicle well overall, seems fairly robust, as quiet or quieter than stock--especially if your stocker has rust hole or two, Freer flowing than the stock system with a leaky, plugged up muffler and resonator. The con--the gasketless flange is not quite the right profile for a tight mating with the stock system forward, resulting in leaks at the flange, despite going tight enough to strip studs. Ended up cutting off the mating flange and welding on the flange from the stock muffler. Easy enough if you have a welder, but definitely not a simple bolt on.Be sure to fit the system without clamps first, and test as much as possible. Once clamped with this style of clamps, you are unlikely to be able to pull apart the pieces if you need to do a cut or weld.
