How does the gazebo ship? Our gazebos are shipped with LTL carriers or FedEx Ground. The gazebos are packed in 3 or 4 boxes with parts clearly labeled. While uncommon, the boxes may be separated during transit with FedEx Ground and delivered on multiple days. How many people are needed for the installation? Aoodor outdoor gazebo requires 4-5 people to install. The instructions have detailed installation procedures, and each part has a corresponding serial sticker. We recommend that you get a ladder, a electric drill, and gloves. What to do with missing hardware or instructions? If you have any hardware or installation instructions missing after receiving the package, please tell us immediately with your order number, and we will reissue the corresponding hardware and electronic instructions for you. Why did I only get one package? Due to the size of the product, our gazebo will be delivered to you in several boxes. Usually, they don't arrive at the same time, so be patient if you've only received a few boxes of them.
