I paid $120 for this, which I think is a bit over priced, but a lot of sellers want around $200 and some are asking upwards of $300 for it. I'd say it ought not cost more than a C-note, and that would be an expensive toy. Now, about the kit. It comes packaged in plastic bags and consists of two large side panels, two smaller panels that make up the back wall and four long panels that make up the floor, two of which have tracks for the launch sled. There are the three gundam stands and two small crane pieces. And then there are various other small connector pieces, screws etc. They are all molded in the same dark gray color and require extensive panel lining or wash and other small painting jobs to bring out detail. The panels can be disconnected for reconfiguration of the entire kit into three different types of format. One being the wide base as seen in the photo, another being a long, single row with the catapult in front of the hangar bay and the last consists of a short, single row with a roof over the hangar part (no catapult, but in this arrangement you can use the small crane pieces). You could probably whip this together in about 20 minutes, it's remarkably simple. Detailing it may take a while, but is definitely worth taking the time to do since there are are so many small features. I still think it shouldn't cost even $100, but since it's for my sister's kid it'll be worth what I paid to see him go absolutely bat sh!t.coola perfect item for your gunpla collection
