I like the container portion and wheelsOverall I like the bag; great price, wheels roll smoothly, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. the Velcro attaching the top bag to the bottom is not the best solution in my opinion, the clip fastener in the back of the bag should be longer it has slipped off twice with only two uses, the biggest concern I have is the non support of the bottom bag. I transport (4) four 15 pound bowling balls to three leagues weekly separating the bag to load into the truck of a 2014 Chevy Camaro, The top bag tends to collapse into the bottom if I remove one of the won balls stored in the bottom without unloading complete the top bag first , so some additional support in the bottom bag would be welcome. I was really hoping this bag would be a cost effective replacement for my previous Columbia 2300 bag but at this I'm thinking I may have to replace this bag soon.I had a Storm Streamline 4 ball roller previously, and it had issues with the plastic feet of the upper bag breaking after one year. The Kaze Sports bag does not look like it will have this problem. The overall quality appears much better. The sports bag rolls easier and the front ball access is more convenient when fellow bowlers put their bags right next to yours. The storage area for shoes and accessories are about the same.The only negative I can see is the Velcro between the upper and lower bag, When you go to separate the bags you wind up lifting both bags.when i first got my bag, i thought it was pretty dang nice, until it started falling over I couldn't get the thing to stay sanding.I thought it might have been that the balls all needed to be in the bag and then one day I was rolling it up a sidewalk curb when the handle let go.the bag rolled down the curb and i got good look at the bottom that's when i saw that the plastic bottom was broke in half. no wonder it wouldn't stay standing. i started looking at friends bags and notice that mine only has two screws, one in each bar through the handle. theirs had two in each bar. there was holes for four, but only two screws total.as for the bottom, I cant explain that my girlfriend said its because my balls are too heavy. I didn't take that as a joke like she intended.well now I'm stuck with junk because my return time has ran out. wish I would have notice that the broken bottom right away.I have only had it for a little over two month now.At 38% in the one category, someone at Amazon needs to jump in and stop this non sense.make them return all of our money.The main reason I give this bag an okay rating is because there doesnt seem to be much support between the upper and lower bags. The upper bag puts a lot of pressure on the lower bag and especially if the upper bag is loaded and you are using a ball from the lower bag the upper really leans down over the empty side.The Bag Could have used more pockets or larger pockets.Easy to break not sturdyPurchased the 4 ball stacked roller 10 days ago and was disappointed when I received it last week. Everything looked good until I felt the wight of the handle and say that the handle was exposed on the back. A bag like this with me bowling 2-3 times a week will not survive being rolled down the steps of my house without damaging the the handles in 6 months or less.
