I saw these little boots when NYT raved about them in a review. I needed something to quickly slip into when going out in cold icy snow and cold icy slushy rain. They are Perfect in every way; fit, warmth, waterproof, and easy on. They even have a small knob on the back of each heel to "thumb" the boots off. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but I've worn them for months of very wintery days and I can't find a complaint. They're going to last me for years.
