TOYELIU T316 Stainless Steel 1/8 Inch Aircraft Cable Wire Rope - 800ft Marine Grade Non-Magnetic for Deck Railing, Fence, DIY Projects & Outdoor Applications

I have been thwarted from using this on my main intended project thus far (a cable car like parcel box). However, I have been able to use some for various minor applications (IE: bird feeders, salt water pool, temporary cloths line etc.) I believe it to be true marine grade (316). I have not found any defects in the stranding. [Even the spool is super (I am sure to find a good repurpose for it when the "wire" itself is exhausted).] The seller not only provides excellent data items many folks omit for us buyers (I really appeciate not needing to do tedious extra reseach on things I buy). Providing many various lengths posted (at the time of my purchase) put them ahead of the competition on Amazon. They even sent me a follow up note (So I suspect that the customer support aspect of this business maybe highly proficient). I typically use 4 stars as my highest rating (just because "nothings perfect" ALMOST always). But, given unsolicited professional communication, and excellent packing to boot. I give this a full 5 star rating.I use one half of my garage for my workshop. As you know, cutting and sanding wood creates a mess and leaves sawdust everywhere. This didn’t make my wife very happy and I was constantly having to wipe down everything. I came up with the idea to use this wire along with the hardware to run across my garage in two directions. I used metal grommets and locking rings to hang drop cloths as curtains to hang in front of the things we have stored in our garage. It worked great! The wire was perfect and we just slide the curtains in any direction to get what we need. No more sawdust!I used this wire for fencing H-braces. Worked like a charm. I used an air powered cutoff saw to cut the wire so it would more easily go through the eye of the wire crimps. At first I tried using my wire cutters and then my bolt cutters, but they always crunched the wire so it flared out and wouldn't fit in the crimps. The cutoff saw did the trick.Good, strong stainless steel wire. Well packaged, very consistent quality throughout the supplied roll of cable. It was probably a little overkill, but I bought this wire to secure a golf cage to the ground. The golf cage typically uses some nylon rope but I wanted something more durable and waterproof (this one is marine grade). Combined the wire rope with 1/8" cable railing kit. So far it still looks brand new, although I've only had it for only 2 months. Held up through harsh weather with zero issues (tropical storm Isiasis). So far no rust or any sort of deterioration.Using this under a 50lb tension load for an overhead line that has rollers going back and forth. The wire was easy to swage and didn't unravel excessively at the ends. Turnbuckles were added at the ends, with a clevis sleeve, and everything has been exposed to our minus zero temperatures and ice/snow, with no degradation or corrosion noted. I would not hesitate to buy this again for tension or guy wire use. Very nicely shrink wrap packaged, and in perfect condition when delivered.I used the cable to make a DIY wire rail system on a small deck. It’s been 3 months and has held up well. No rust or corrosion of any kind so far. I will be redoing my main deck next and will be buying more. I bought 1/8” cable because I wasn’t sure about the quality and if it would hold up under a lot of stress, but it was better than expected and I could have definitely gone with 1/16” to make the cable system even less visible and still have strong railingI’ve had the Toyeliu stainless steel cable installed on my deck railing for a few months now and it has done the work as I expected. It seems to be very sturdy and well built, so far I’m happy with this product and equally important it is very we’ll priced.I bought the stainless steel wire to hold the weight on my wooden gate. The wire is working perfectly and I have no complaints in reference to it. I bought the product approximately 3 months ago and with the wire being outside in the weather, it still appears to look new. If needed, I would buy this product again.
