Husqvarna 54" Commercial Fabricated Deck Mulch Kit #966050401 – Perfect for Lawn Care Professionals & Landscaping Businesses

Bought for my 2015 Husqvarna PZT54. Having never replaced mower blades before, it tookme about 4 hours to drop the deck remove 1 deflector, install the deflectors and blades and re-attach mower deck. After installation, the mulched clippings are really fine. The only concern I have is the documentation identifies a Husqvarna part number for 3 19" mulching Gator blades. They look like gator blades however after looking at Gator blades website and order lists and going through the support, they do not seem to have a replacement blades outside of the standard cutting blade. Because of this I am giving it 4 stars as I now have to try and find aftermarket blades that will fit.A couple notes, after installing the blades on the spindles, the mower appears to cut noticeably lower as I had cut the dead winter grass a week before the kit was installed. A quick pass over 1 area and the ccut was about 1/8 to 1/4 inch shorter with the mulching blades. There is a lot of dust kicked up from this mulching kit. I am hoping when the grass is green that this dust is limited.The picture depicted and the parts appears to not be what is in the kit for the newer PZT-54. The kit comes with 3 mulch baffles, 3 blades, a mulch cap(different shape than in the picture but proper for new decks) Bolts and nuts.
